Compressed air is one of the most critical utilities in modern manufacturing environments. However, untreated air often contains solid particles, moisture, oil contaminants and pressure fluctuations that can significantly reduce the lifespan and performance of pneumatic equipment. The company’s new FRL system addresses these challenges by combining filtration, pressure regulation and lubrication into a single compact assembly.

The integrated unit delivers three essential functions. Filtration removes contaminants, condensate and airborne particles through a combination of cyclonic separation and porous filtration technology. Pressure regulation maintains stable operating pressure with high precision, protecting downstream equipment from harmful pressure fluctuations. Lubrication generates a controlled oil mist using the Venturi effect to lubricate moving pneumatic components, reducing friction and wear.

Available with NPT threaded connections in 1/4" and 1/2" sizes, the FRL system is suitable for a wide range of industrial environments, including automation, automotive manufacturing, packaging, woodworking, robotics, food and beverage processing and pharmaceutical production.

“Reliable compressed air treatment is essential for maximizing system efficiency and protecting valuable equipment,” said Andrea Dal Pra, Operations Manager, AIRCOM USA. “The new FRL system provides customers with a simple, effective and cost-efficient solution that helps extend component life, minimize downtime and improve overall process reliability.”

According to the company’s engineering analysis, proper compressed air treatment can significantly increase equipment service life while reducing avoidable failures and maintenance interventions. The resulting operational benefits often allow users to achieve a return on investment within the first year of installation.

Designed for seamless integration with the company’s compressed air piping systems, the FRL unit offers easy installation, dependable performance and long-term operational value for industrial users seeking higher efficiency and greater process control.
